One helluva way to attack a brand



Massive respect to the Chinese millionaire who publicly smashed the **** out of his Lamborghini Gallardo after it stopped working and the company couldn't fix it.

As you may know, I'm a big supporter of people using the web to voice their dissatisfaction with brands that don't bother to listen to their customers. (Oh, and part of my job is to help brands listen to their customers.)

In this instance, the car's owner staged a press conference where nine chaps wielding sledgehammers gave the press and the public a fabulous opportunity for a photo call.

All companies should look long and hard at this, and ask themselves whether it's worth ignoring any more complaints?
