See you at B2B Marketing Summit 2012!

I'm presenting a case study about 'Ask Avanade', our campaign for client Avanade that uses video and Twitter to do real-time responses to people, at the B2B Marketing Summit on Thursday.

We first used the #askavanade hashtag at the Gartner CRM event last year, and the team is about to do it for the fifth time, taking the campaign back to where it all began, at Gartner's 2012 CRM event on Monday.
